Madeline Franson, Esq.
“Madeline earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the Florida State University (Go Noles!) and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Following in her grandfather (Stetson Law Class of ’58) and her father (Stetson Law Class of ’97)’s footsteps, Madeline is proud to return home and join the Jacksonville legal community.
During her time in law school, Madeline spent a semester as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Anthony E. Porcelli in the Middle District of Florida. The opportunity to observe the inner workings of a Federal courtroom taught Madeline the decorum and professionalism required of an attorney. As a Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant, Madeline learned how to synthesize complicated concepts and communicate ideas clearly.
Madeline is a planner by nature, and is passionate about helping clients of all ages plan for the future. She takes great pride in her attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism. One of Madeline’s favorite things about the legal profession is the opportunity to listen to client’s personal and unique stories and assist them in coming up with individually tailored situations to their needs.
Outside of work, Madeline enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, and cheering on the Jags on Sundays!”
