1. Attorney – Elder Law & Estate Planning (0–5 Years Experience)

Are you a motivated attorney looking to grow your career in elder law and estate planning? Whether you prefer client-facing roles or production-focused work, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your legal career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet with clients for initial consultations, document reviews, and case updates.
  • Review or draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, deeds, probate and guardianship pleadings.
  • Manage deadlines, case progress, and client relationships.
  • Guide clients and the support team with estate planning, Medicaid planning, and estate issues and solve problems.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and client service teams to deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Florida Bar License in good standing.
  • 0–5 years of experience in elder law, estate planning, or related practice areas.
  • Organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Office 365 and legal case management software (e.g., ActionStep).
  • Ability to meet performance expectations of 3x salary in collections.

2. Paralegal – Medicaid Planning, Probate, and Estate Administration

Are you a mid-to senior-level paralegal with strong case management skills and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal processes? We’re looking for detail-oriented team players who thrive in client-focused, fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Organize files, track deadlines, and manage case progress.
  • Draft legal documents, including Medicaid applications, trusts, and estate plans.
  • Communicate with clients to gather documents, explain legal principles, and provide updates.
  • Support attorneys with case filings, client meetings, and action plans.
  • Leverage technology, including Office 365 and ActionStep, for file management and workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in elder law, estate planning, or probate.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office 365 tools.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify legal concepts for clients.
  • Experience producing billable hours and tracking time effectively.

3. Client Service Coordinator – Sales & Customer Service Focused

Are you a high-energy, people-focused professional who enjoys helping clients feel supported? Our Client Service Coordinator role blends customer service, sales, document management, and scheduling to keep our practice running smoothly while ensuring clients receive top-notch care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and manage client appointments using tools like Calendly and ActionStep.
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and follow up on appointments.
  • Maintain our CRM database and track client communications.
  • Assist with intake, sales processes, and light follow-up tasks to support the efficiency of the production team.
  • Help deliver an exceptional client experience while advancing case progress.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • High energy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, CRM systems (ActionStep), and calendaring tools (Calendly).
  • A customer-service mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting clients and building long-term relationships.
